A $700 billion bailout did not seem to help. My bank (Wachovia) is drowning and more banks are sure to follow. Curerently, I have 7 tenants and 6 of them have missed their due date for getting their rent in on time. It seems that a deep and painful recession is on the way. As everyone knows, the sub-prime mortgage debabcle has pushed the U.S. financial markets near collapse. A $700 billion bailout did not seem to help. My bank (Wachovia) is drowning and more banks are sure to follow. Curerently, I have 7 tenants and 6 of them have missed their due date for getting their rent in on time.
